We moved across to Computer-Care from an IT company we had used for over 20 years. As you can imagine we were a little wary to start off with, “had we made the right decision”. We were to discover we had definitely made the right decision.
We knew we needed a new server which became a time sensitive project but then the Coronavirus lockdown hit us. The project still had to go ahead virus or not, but this is when Ian, Simon and the team really came into their own and proved they could do what they said they could. They juggled everything even through the furlough to ensure we as an essential key working business could keep running. Due to the lockdown, the team could not enter our premises and even though they were working with a skeleton staff they managed to set up the new server on their premises and re-route us. We had virtually no down time, nothing was lost and we continued to function.
Once the lockdown was lifted the guys came over to the office and installed the new server and the new computers and again very little down time. Tom saw to all the little snags and requests and soon had them sorted out.
